As–Se–Tl films were prepared by thermal evaporation technique. XRD analysis shows the amorphous state of the prepared films. The increment of thickness enhances the crystallites size, refractive index, dielectric constant, ratio of carrier concentration to the effective mass and dispersion energy. Optical gap and oscillation energy were decreased with the increase of thickness due to nano-size effect. Optical conductivity was also studied and decreased as a function of thickness.
