Abstract
Three termite families are represented in surveys conducted all over the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, of which 7 species are identified. Damages encountered are grave and expected to get worse if no reasonable prompt suppression measures are applied to curb termite population build-up. Favored environments might be created due to the continuous change in the Kingdoms' ecological system through an unprecedented expansion of housing and irrigation of marginal land for agricultural production and the resettlement of nomads in all the regions of the Kingdom.
