• The debate for the use or not to use hydroxychloroquine for COVID-19 patients is still valid. • A recommendation to utilize HCQ to all subjects with asymptomatic COVID-19 with fever. • Utilization of HCQ should be within the inclusion criteria of this study. • It had been noticed that there was no adverse drug reaction observed for HCQ on daily follow-up.
