Abstract
Herein, we have studied the absorptance of nanostructured SiO2/graphene/TiO2 based on the transfer matrix method (TMM) within the visible-light region. These modified surfaces show higher light absorptance within visible light (400 to 750 nm) compared to that of
other structures, and the variations in the absorption spectra of the present nanostructure were obtained. The maximum light absorptance increased significantly up to 99% in the wavelength range of 400 to 750 nm. The observed results clearly indicate that nanostructured SiO2/graphene/TiO2
designed by TMM has potential applications in visible photoelectronic detectors and practical optoelectronic devices.
