Abstract

The enthalpies of dissolution of crystalline nitrilotrimethylphosphonic acid C3H12NO9?(3) (NTPA) in water at 298.15 K are determined calorimetrically. The standard enthalpies of formation of nitrilotrimethylphosphonic acid and products of its stagewise dissociation in aqueous solutions are calculated.
