Abstract

1,3,4-thiadiazoles Phosphonates thioglycosides
A number of (1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-ylamino)methylphosphonate derivatives were synthesized in a three component reaction. The thioglycoside derivatives and oxygenated alkylthio analogs were also prepared by reaction with halo sugars or different acyclic oxygenated alkyl halides.
