Abstract

Cerebral toxoplasmosis HIV IRIS Magnetic resonance imaging
Neuro-immune inflammatory reconstitution syndrome (IRIS) is an emerging central nervous system inflammatory disorder that arises during antiretroviral therapy-induced immune restoration in HIV-infected patients. Toxoplasma gondii is uncommon pathogen associated with neuro-IRIS. We report a case of cerebral toxoplasmosis-IRIS in an HIV infected patient with a favorable outcome.
