Abstract
Static and dynamic experiments on some fractionated PIB chains were conducted to determine the material's translational diffusion coefficient. Data are reported for PIB in cyclohexane, n-heptane, isoamyl isovalerate, and benzene of varying thermodynamic quality to permit comparison of the material's solution properties to other flexible chains and various theoretical predictions.
