Marjolin's ulcer is a malignant transformation of a long standing scar tissue into squamous cell carcinoma that can often be aggressive if not dealt with early. We are dealing with a 34 year old patient who presented with Marjolin's ulcer with metastasis to the peritoneal cavity.
