Abstract
Recent advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) imply that this emerging technology will have a deterministic as well as potentially transformational impact on learning, communication, and many other sectors more broadly. AI brings a lot of advancement in many sectors, such as education, communication, industries, and others. AI-based technology plays an important role in the education field by improving learning and providing more opportunities to students. Several issues have been raised due to the rapid development of AI in education. Therefore, choosing a better approach for learning among several methods is difficult. To overcome this issue, the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP) is used. The approach is evaluated for four approaches based on six criteria to solve the selection issue. The fuzzy AHP method is a multi-criteria decision-making technique to solve the selection issue and make the decision process easy and effective. The fuzzy AHP method is an efficient and effective approach to selecting the best approach among several approaches. For the simplification of the selection procedure, the fuzzy AHP method using the geometric mean method is implemented. From the experimental results, it was concluded that the fuzzy AHP is the most useful, efficient, and effective method in the decision-making procedure.
