Abstract
Passenger safety can be enhanced with the help of secure communication by notifying the driver about the danger situation. In this paper we proposed a framework for secure broadcast communication in VANETs. It removes the redundant data and malicious information from the network. It also identifies the malicious vehicles and forwards the packet according to its relevance value. With help of testbed we validate the proposed framework.
