Abstract
The occurrence of a villous tumour of the duodenum in an 18-year-old female patient is reported. This is the youngest patient who has been recorded as having this type of tumour. Fibre-optic endoscopy with biopsy of the tumour permitted a pre-operative diagnosis to be made.
