Abstract
The objective of the present paper is to study the eta-Ricci solitons on Kenmotsu manifold with generalized symmetric metric connection of type (alpha, beta). Ricci and eta-Ricci solitons with generalized symmetric metric connection of type (alpha, beta) have been discussed, satisfying the conditions (R) over bar.(S) over bar = 0, (S) over bar.(R) over bar = 0, (W) over bar (2).(S) over bar = 0 and (S) over bar.(W) over bar (2) = 0.. Finally, we have constructed an example of Kenmotsu manifold with generalized symmetric metric connection of type (alpha, beta) admitting eta-Ricci solitons.
