Abstract
This article compares the efficiency of vertical deep groundbed cathodic protection (CP) systems and traditional shallow vertical groundbed systems to prevent pipeline corrosion in petrochemical and industrial plants. it assesses characteristics and differences of design and installation for both types of CP systems.
